The tidy-up can also remove or alter real marks, wear and finishes. Never use a tidied image as a record of condition.
Staged room images
The same room furnished and dressed, in a style and colour theme you choose. For listings, lettings and short-let photography, without hiring a stager or moving a sofa. Full staging can change the building itself: in testing it has invented a window, cut shelving into a solid wall and added ceiling detail. Treat every staged image as an illustration only.
Works visualisation
Type the scheme in plain words — "replace the kitchen units and worktop, new vinyl floor, redecorate in white" — and see the room finished that way. A design impression: walls, windows and openings may differ from the room as photographed, and every image says so.
