1Clear

Loose clutter and the stray textiles an agent pulls before the camera comes out — bags, boxes, laundry, rugs, throws, cushions on the floor, towels on radiators. Fitted carpet, furniture and fixtures stay exactly where they are.

2Straighten

Things already in the room nudged back into a tidy, staged position — a chair pushed in, a cupboard door closed, a toilet seat down. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away.

3Polish

One global light and colour lift across the whole photo, the way a listing photographer grades a shot — proven, before it ships, to be a single even adjustment and nothing done locally.

Your photo is sent to our AI to produce the staged version and is not kept afterwards, beyond what is needed to deliver this result and answer a support query. Please photograph your own room, and don't include people — a photo with a person in it is refused before anything is generated. What this does: clears loose clutter and stray textiles, corrects a small, fixed list of out-of-position items, and applies one global light/colour adjustment. In testing, this same clearing step has occasionally smoothed away a real mark or line of wear on a surface, and — rarely — altered a wall's colour or a fixture without being asked. So a staged photo must never be relied on as a record of the room's condition; that comes from the RFPG report, not from this image.

Full room restyle

An upgrade for when a photo needs more than clearing and polish — furnishing an empty room, or showing it in a different colour scheme, without ever altering the room's real structure. It will appear here as a further paid option on this same product, not a separate purchase or a different page. We'll announce it the moment it's ready.

One thing we would rather say up front. This is not a redesign or restyling service — it does not add furniture, change a room's layout, or invent a new look, and every image is labelled as AI-edited. Staged photos show potential, not condition — condition comes from the RFPG report, and must never be used as evidence of a property's condition or value.
